This week I did some retesting of my Pumpkin Blondies recipe after a few folks mentioned that their batter was on the runny side. I tested with less pumpkin, less sweetener, and I have to say I prefer the original recipe. I also use almond butter with no added oil that tends to be on the thick side. All that said, if you want to thicken the batter, reduce the sweetener, or both, I've added all my tips to the recipe notes.
