I was reading through the comments on the recipe for apple cider donuts using almond flour and noticed that someone requested a coconut flour version. That was a over a year ago, but hey, better late than never. Soooo...I have two new Apple Cider Donut recipes for you!

This apple cider donut recipe made with coconut flour is my latest favorite baked donut. The texture is light and airy, with a perfect cake bite. And the combination of applesauce, reduced cider, spices, and vanilla extract hits the best scent and flavor notes. And it's nut-free.

This collection of apple cider recipes would not be complete without apple cider donuts made with a combination of almond and coconut flour. I love combining almond and coconut flour in cake and donut recipes. They make a great partnership, have a light cake texture, and balance fiber and carbs well.
